We are based in Noosa Heads and are proud to be award-winning luxury home builders in Noosa on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Cobbs Construction is a Noosa Heads based construction company specialising in bespoke architectural designed residential, home renovation and light commercial building primarily servicing the whole of the Sunshine Coast. Cobbs Constructions Noosa holds a long stable history of delivering quality on time due to the solid industry relationships that have developed over the last 30 plus years. CCPL understands what it takes to exceed its client’s expectations and has built a network of trades that fits with these expectations and delivers a product to the highest standard.
CCPL specialises in both architectural design, new bespoke home construction and renovations through to smaller residential home builds and renovations. CCPL can engage the client from architectural drawings, working with renowned architects on design and build options, managing the project from concept through to handing over the keys.

CCL employs a highly qualified team with extensive experience in the construction industry. We also have a number of long-standing relationships with a core group of construction professionals and sub-contractors.
- Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP’s) all with well over 15 years building experience

- Our staff have been trained in planning, preparing and executing a construction focused Health and Safety site-specific plan

CCPL provides a tailored solution focused service depending on our client’s needs. We have a wide range of industry partners including civil and structural engineers, architects, geotechnical specialists as well as a comprehensive list of trade qualified sub-contractors. All this means that we have access to all the resources required to provide a one-stop service to our clients.
- Sound knowledge and advice to our clients based on a wealth of industry knowledge
- Through our recommended partners – Consultation and design services from concept through to working drawings including engineers and/or specialist design documentation
- Preparation and submitting of consent applications to the applicable council authority
- Project Management of onsite construction phase including scheduling, supply chain, resource allocation, Health and Safety compliance, engineer/council inspections, consent compliance and quality assurance

Here at CCPL, we have a strong commitment to providing a safe workplace for all those working on or visiting any CCPL managed site. We have invested heavily in our Health and Safety systems and in creating a safety conscious culture throughout our directly employed staff as well as sub-contractors and suppliers.
SYSTEMS + PROCESSES
At CCL we are constantly reviewing and updating our systems and processes including technology and software systems. We have invested heavily in our software-based Project Management system which also allows client access to project files, live and up-to-date schedules, communications, budgets and selections.
