Dear Warrick.

This is a ‘good news’ building story we feel you need to know about, which is due, without doubt, to one of your members – Cobb’s Constructions of Sunshine Beach.

As you would understand, building a new home can be quite traumatic, in particular if you live in Brisbane and are building, as we were, on the Sunshine Coast.

Ours is a large home, 60 plus squares, and had unusal problems along the way. However Cobb’s Constructions’ style of management, the men they employed to work on the project have been of the hughest standard – with every alteration handled immediately and without a hassle.

We spoke by phone to Cobb’s Constructions most days over the past 23 weeks and each Monday we faxed them lots of ‘to do’s’ which were actioned without them once making us feel we were creating problems for them – which no doubt many time we most likely were.

We moved into our lovely home last Friday, the 8th, and now we are settled in, felt that before we let the ocean views and lifestyle make us too lazy, we really must write and express our sincere appreciation of one of your members, for their professionalism, co-operation and for being just a heck of nice people.

If your Association gives out ‘gold star awards’ – Cobb’s Constructions gets out vote for the best builder on the sunshine coast.
